Returns and Refunds:

Physical Products – Damaged or Faulty: Customers must report damaged or faulty items within 25 days of the order date by providing photographic evidence. We will initiate a replacement, and customers are not required to return the damaged goods.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please send a picture of the product, showing the damage or fault, to contact@sportscardspecialist.com. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

Physical Products – Non-Faulty (Made to Order): We do not accept cancellations or returns and refunds for non-faulty physical products.

Digital Products: No cancellations or refunds are accepted for digital product purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests for physical products that are not damaged or faulty will not be accepted due to the nature of our made-to-order production process. Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.

We cannot accept any cancellations or returns on digital products.

Order Not Received: 

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us on contact@sportscardspecialist.com – Let us know no later than 10 days after your estimated delivery date.

If the address was inputted incorrectly for the order, then the package will be sent back to us and we’ll contact you for an updated address when we receive the returned package – Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs. If we don’t receive the package, then you’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original.
