The brand strength of Topps Chrome makes this one of the best and most popular base rookie cards for Ronald Acuna Jr.

The shiny base card is by no means high-end – The value is found in some of the rarer Refractor parallels, out of the large selection of them.

There are many limited parallels to consider as well, which hold more value than the base card.

The coveted 1-of-1 Superfractor parallel version sold for $12.2k in 2023, so it’s one of Acuna Jr’s most valuable unsigned cards.

2018 Topps Photo Variations (Bat Down) Ronald Acuna Jr. #698

Ronald Acuna Jr. debuted in 2018 Topps in Series 2.

The rookie card from the product, which is technically a variation card, features Acuna Jr. with his bat up – However, the more desirable card, is this SSP card, which features an image with the bat down.

It’s a tough card to find, as it’s rarer than the ‘bat up’ rookie card from the product.
