The 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Michael Jordan–Kobe Bryant Dual Logoman Autograph (1/1) has become the most expensive sports card ever sold.
Bidding finished at $12,932,000, including buyers’ premium, on Saturday night—the card was auctioned via Heritage.

The price comfortably eclipses the previous basketball record of $5,200,000 paid in 2021 for a 2003-04 Exquisite LeBron James RPA /23 in a private sale.
It also makes it the most expensive sports card of all time, beating the $12,600,000 that was paid for a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle (graded SGC 9.5) in August 2022.
Game-worn NBA Logoman patches, from both legends, are featured on the card, including a gold NBA 50th anniversary logo patch worn by Jordan during the 1996–97 season.
It is the only dual Logoman card ever produced that features just Jordan and Bryant, and because of Kobe’s tragic passing, it always will be—adding to its mystique and rarity.
Heritage included the card in its Summer Platinum Night Sports Auction, with a pre-sale estimate of “$6 million and up,” but it has smashed the estimate after selling for more than double.
Before this sale, the most ever paid at auction for a Jordan card was $2.9 million (2024 Ultimate Collection Logoman Auto 1/1), while the top Bryant card fetched $2.3 million via a private sale earlier this month (2015-16 Panini Flawless Logoman Auto 1/1).
